Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at a Seven-Eleven located five minutes on foot from Hatogaya Station in Kawaguchi City, Saitama. Main duties include cashier work (レジ reji), customer service, restocking and displaying products, store cleaning, stock ordering, accepting utility bill payments, issuing tickets, and handling internet purchase collections — tasks are introduced one at a time, so first-timers can build confidence gradually. Three shift slots are available: early morning 06:00-09:00, evening 17:00-22:00 (both at 1,196 yen), and overnight 22:00-06:00 at the higher rate of 1,495 yen per hour as a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). From 3 days a week, with shift discussions welcomed for those balancing a second job, family, or other commitments. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs 90 days at the full base rate for each slot. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are all welcome.
