Job Description:
This is a hall service role at Mohikan Ramen, a lively and well-known tonkotsu ramen shop inside Hakata Deitos, the shopping complex directly connected to Hakata Station — literally zero minutes from the station exit. Duties include guiding guests to seats, serving dishes, and table cleaning — the restaurant uses a ticket machine system (食券制 shokken-sei) so there is no cashier work and no need to memorise a menu, making this one of the most approachable hall roles in the city. Three shift windows cover the full day: morning-to-lunch (09:30-15:00), lunch-to-evening (15:00-21:00), and evening-to-close (18:00-23:00) — from as little as one day a week and 4 hours or less per shift, with weekday-only and weekend-only patterns both available. Staff meals are available at half price (まかない makanai) — and the discount also extends to friends and family when dining in. The team ranges from teens to 40s, and the owner is known for supporting staff in balancing study, side jobs, and personal goals alongside work. Hair colour and style are completely free. No resume needed.
