This is a hospital cleaning role at a well-known hospital in Shinjuku, one minute on foot from Nishi-Shinjuku Station, covering general ward areas, toilets, operating rooms, and sterile processing zones. Tasks include floor and surface cleaning, toilet cleaning, environmental maintenance in surgical and sterile areas, replenishing consumable supplies, storing items in designated locations, and preparing consumable materials — duties are divided among the team so no single person handles everything alone. Hygiene standards match those of medical staff: masks, gloves, handwashing, and alcohol hand sanitisation are required throughout the shift. There is no direct patient contact. Working hours are 07:00-16:00 (8 hours working, 1-hour break), Monday to Friday and public holidays — weekends are generally off, with approximately one Saturday per month as a designated working day.
