Job Description:
This is a hall service role at Obanzai Bar Namba Eight, a small and friendly izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) serving Kyoto-style small plates (おばんざい obanzai) and drinks, five minutes on foot from Namba Station in Naniwa-ku, Osaka. Duties include guiding guests to seats and serving drinks — simple floor work in a small team where you get to know regulars and naturally build customer service skills through daily conversation. Shifts run from 16:30 to 03:00, and you can leave at the last train if preferred — deep-night only shifts, finishing early, and 4-hour minimum patterns are all available. Late-night hours from 22:00 carry a higher rate. Pay can be received cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) or via daily payment — whichever suits you. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is provided. A late-night ride home (送迎 sougei) is available after closing. No quota, no pressure, no resume needed. Hair colour, nails, piercings, and personal clothing are all completely free.
