Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at a FamilyMart located in the basement of Abeno Center Building, three minutes on foot from Tennoji Station in Abeno-ku, Osaka. Duties include cashier work (レジ reji), customer service, prepared food (惣菜 sozai) creation, shelf replenishment, stock ordering, floor display building, and POP creation — being an in-building store, there is no outdoor toilet cleaning. Three shift slots cover the full day: early morning 06:00-09:00 at a boosted rate of 1,400 yen (urgently recruiting), daytime 09:00-22:00 at 1,200 yen, and late evening 22:00-00:00 at 1,500 yen including the deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Late-night and early-morning shifts from 22:00 to 05:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). The team is described as the friendliest in Abeno — staff become well-known enough that regular customers ask after them by name. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided at the same rate throughout. Hair colour is free (even bleach blonde); accessories and nail polish are not permitted.
