Job Description:

Work at a famous Utsunomiya gyoza (餃子) restaurant featured on popular TV programs and YouTube channels, serving customers from across Japan and overseas. The shop is a compact, lively space on Gyoza Street (餃子通り) in central Utsunomiya, with a warm team where people of all ages — including many homemakers — are actively working. Hall staff guide guests to seats, take handwritten orders, serve food, handle the register, and reset tables. Dishwashers collect used plates and glasses, wash and wipe them by hand, and return them to storage — the same as everyday dishwashing at home. Kitchen staff prepare and plate dishes on receiving an order, and keep the kitchen clean and stocked. Shifts start from 12:00, so you can finish morning chores before heading in. Salary reviews are held regularly based on performance (昇給 shoushou). A uniform T-shirt (制服 seifuku) is provided. Car and motorbike commuting are both permitted.
