Job Description:

Work as izakaya (居酒屋) hall staff at Miraisaka Kumoji Kokusai-dori, a lively evening restaurant on Naha's famous Kokusai-dori international shopping street, just 5 minutes from Kencho-mae Station. Hall staff welcome and seat guests, take orders, make drinks, serve food, and handle the register. The team is almost entirely students — high school through university — and the atmosphere is described as relaxed and sociable, with a supportive culture where senior staff step in immediately when newer members need help. Shifts run from 17:00 through to 04:00 the next morning (overnight). From 1 day a week is fine, and test-period weeks with zero shifts can be arranged with advance notice. Friday, Saturday, and public-holiday-eve shifts carry a 100-yen-per-hour premium on the base rate plus a higher deep-night rate from 22:00. High school students may work until 21:30 only, and must have school permission before attending the interview. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available. Advance pay (前払い maekyu) is available. Parking costs are covered within company rules for car commuters. Beard is not permitted; all other appearance rules are relaxed (hair colour OK if clean-looking, simple piercings OK, simple nails OK, coloured contacts OK).

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Friday, Saturday and public-holiday-eve premium: 1,200 yen/hour (general), 1,123 yen/hour (high school students). Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) from 22:00 on Fri/Sat/holiday-eve: 1,500 yen/hour (general), 1,404 yen/hour during training. Training rate (all days): 1,123 yen/hour. Salary increases (昇給 shoushou). Advance pay (前払い maekyu) available. Parking allowance for car commuters (within rules).
