Job Description:

Work as a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff member at FamilyMart Ogaki Fujiemachi, a locally run store in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, 7 minutes east of Ogaki Station. The owner-operator runs this store with a hands-on, personal approach, welcoming staff of all ages, nationalities, and backgrounds. Duties cover all standard combini operations: register work, customer service, product ordering, shelf arrangement, display planning, and store cleaning. Tasks are introduced one at a time so there is no rush to learn everything at once. Four shift slots cover the full day from 06:00 through to 09:00 the following morning. The overnight slot (22:00-09:00) carries the deep-night premium rate (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) and is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). From 2 days a week is the minimum; each slot has its own minimum daily hours. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs for 30 days at the same wage rate throughout. A store manager candidate / staff promotion path is also available.

Wage:

1,065円 (per hour) Late-night deep-night allowance (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi): 1,331 yen/hour for 22:00-05:00 portion of the overnight slot (25% uplift included). Same rate during training period (30 days).
