Job Description:

Work as a cleaning staff member or front desk staff at Hotel Luxe Bisai Inter, a fashion hotel near the Bisai interchange in Ichinomiya City, Aichi — a recently opened property with clean, modern rooms and a friendly team where all current staff started without experience. Cleaning staff refresh guest rooms each shift: bed making, room cleaning, and restocking amenities. The front desk role is non-face-to-face — you handle telephone check-ins, check-outs, and billing without meeting guests directly, making it a low-pressure customer service role for those less confident with in-person interaction. Three 8-hour shift blocks cover the full day: daytime (09:00-17:00), evening-overnight (17:00-01:00), and overnight-early morning (00:00-08:00). The overnight slots carry a higher daily rate. Fixed shift system makes scheduling predictable — well suited to homemakers. Minimum 4 days per week. A perfect attendance allowance (皆勤手当 kaikin-teate) and an annual bonus (賞与 shouyo, twice per year, based on performance) are also paid. Hair colour and piercings are permitted.
