Job Description:

Work at Marugame Seimen Matsudo Nijusseiki-ga-Oka, a popular udon restaurant operated by Toridoll Holdings on Route 180 in Matsudo City, Chiba — serving local regulars on weekdays and families at weekends. This location recruits for weekend shifts only (Saturdays and Sundays/holidays). Hall staff welcome guests, take counter orders including for takeaway, serve food and drinks, and operate the register (automatic change machine at some positions). Kitchen staff cook and plate udon to order, fry tempura and prepare rice dishes, and wash dishes using a dishwasher machine. Work is divided by position per shift so you focus on one task at a time rather than juggling everything at once. Shifts run from 08:00 to 24:00 on Saturdays and 08:00 to 23:00 on Sundays and holidays, from 3 hours and 2 days a week. Shift preferences are submitted weekly. The 22:00 onward window carries a 25% deep-night premium. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen for 800 yen worth of menu items. A minimum contract period of 3 months applies. Hair colour and style are free.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% increase from 22:00. Salary increases (昇給 shoushou) — clear system based on skill milestones. Bonus (賞与 shouyo) available.
