Job Description:

Join the opening team at Cocokaraマーラータン (麻辣湯) Bashamichi, a new Chinese hot-pot noodle restaurant opening in late September 2026 in Yokohama's stylish Bashamichi district, just 2 minutes from Bashamichi Station on the Minato Mirai Line. Mara tang (麻辣湯 maaraa-tan) is a popular customisable Chinese spicy broth dish — you choose your own ingredients and have them cooked to order. Hall staff guide guests to seats, take orders, assist with simple food preparation and plating, operate the register, and keep the floor clean. As this is an opening store, everyone starts at the same point, and training is provided from scratch. Shifts run in two blocks — 10:00-15:00 and 15:00-21:00 — from 3 hours and 2 days per week. Weekend-only schedules are possible. Pay is handed over in cash (現金手渡し tewatashi). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are free — the mara tang itself. Nails, piercings, hair colour, and tattoos are all permitted. Trial period of 3 months at the same pay rate.
