Job Description:

Work as a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff member at Seven-Eleven Kakogawa Minori, serving the Minori neighbourhood of Kakogawa City in Hyogo Prefecture, 15 minutes walk from Kakogawa Station. Duties begin with register work, customer service, shelf stocking, and cleaning, and progress to product ordering, campaign coordination, POP sign creation, and bestseller tracking as you become confident. Five shift slots cover the full day from 06:00 to 06:00 the following morning, so there is an option for almost any schedule. From 2 days per week and 3 hours per day minimum for day shifts. Training (研修 kenshuu) runs for just 5 days at the same wage rate. The overnight slot (22:00-06:00) carries the deep-night premium (深夜割増 shinya-warimashi) and is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). High school students are welcome for all day and evening slots. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are permitted.
