Job Description:
Work at Niku no Yamagyu TX Avenue Yashio, a charcoal-grilled beef bowl and butcher-style shop by Toridoll Holdings, located right next to Yashio Station on the Tsukuba Express Line. The concept is a neighbourhood butcher brought to life — fresh beef is cut to order in an open kitchen visible to customers, grilled over charcoal, and served as a hot beef bowl (焼肉丼 yakiniku-don) or bento. Staff welcome customers, take orders, cut and grill meat, assemble bento, operate a touch-panel register, and keep the kitchen and shop floor clean. The sight and smell of freshly grilled beef being prepared in front of customers is a key part of the experience. Shifts run across the 08:00-18:00 window, from 3 hours and 2 days a week on a weekly self-submission schedule. Weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are both possible. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen for 800 yen worth of menu items, and can also be taken home. Minimum contract period of 3 months. No resume required.
