Job Description:

Work as cafe hall or kitchen staff at a popular Japanese tea brand cafe inside Daimaru Kyoto department store, placed through Admic staffing agency. The cafe specialises in matcha sweets including parfaits, anmitsu, and warabi mochi, plus light meals such as udon. Because customers place orders via QR code on their own smartphones, there is no need to take orders or memorise the menu — hall staff focus on welcoming guests, guiding them to seats, serving food, and handling payment. Kitchen staff handle plating of parfaits and anmitsu, simple cooking (boiling udon), making warabi mochi from a recipe, and dishwashing. All tasks can be learned quickly even without prior cafe experience. Two shift options are available: early (09:00-17:00) and late (12:00-20:00), each 7 hours worked with 1 hour break. From 3 days per week on a monthly schedule. One of Saturday or Sunday off per week is possible on request. Daily and weekly pay are available. No resume required.
