Job Description:
Work as hall service staff at Jolly Pasta Chikushino, a pasta and pizza restaurant by the Zensho Group in Chikushino City, Fukuoka — 7 minutes walk from Tofurominami Station on the JR Kagoshima Main Line. Jolly Pasta serves freshly boiled-to-order pasta and handmade pizza at family restaurant prices, with seasonal menus changing regularly. Customers place orders themselves via a touch-panel system, so there is no order-taking; hall staff focus on guiding guests to seats, delivering food and drinks, handling payment, and clearing tables. A detailed manual is in place, and most staff start without prior restaurant experience. Three shift slots cover 09:00 to 00:30 the next morning, from 2 hours and 2 days per week. Slot ① (09:00-00:30) includes a deep-night rate (深夜時給 shinya-jikyu) of 1,400 yen/hour from 22:00. Weekend and holiday shifts carry a +50-yen-per-hour bonus. Staff meals are available at 50% off any menu item. Minimum contract period of 3 months. No resume required. Mandatory retirement age 65. Labour union membership applies (union shop system).
