Job Description:
Work as kitchen staff at Yakuin Mirai-zaka, an izakaya (居酒屋) bar-restaurant by the Watami Group in Fukuoka City's Chuo Ward, just 1 minute walk from Yakuin Station on the Nishitetsu Tenjin Omuta Line. Kitchen duties involve simple food preparation, plating, and dishwashing. No prior cooking experience is needed — senior staff guide you step by step for the first 100 hours of work, and the role is a good way to build practical kitchen skills over time. Foreign staff and international students are actively working here. The shift runs 16:00-02:00 the next morning, from 2 hours and 1 day per week — you choose how long to stay within that window. Deep-night hours from 22:00 carry a statutory premium (深夜時給 shinya-jikyu: 1,321 yen/hour). Friday, Saturday, and the eve of public holidays carry an additional +50-yen-per-hour bonus. Staff meals are available free of charge (conditions apply). Hair colour and nail style are permitted within rules. No resume required.
