Job Description:
Work at Teppan-dokoro Kotetsu, a lively teppan-yaki (iron-plate grilled food) izakaya in Osaka's Yodogawa Ward, just 2 minutes from Juso Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line. The restaurant also accommodates banquet parties and has a young, sociable team with a reputation for strong staff bonds — annual company trips include part-time staff. Hall staff welcome guests, take orders (table order tablet system minimises order-taking), serve food and drinks, and clear tables. Kitchen staff handle basic plating from the start, with cooking skills growing naturally over time. The restaurant uses a touch-panel table order system so order-taking is minimal. Three sister restaurants in the Juso area are also available for inter-store shifts if preferred. Two shift slots: ① 18:00-22:00 (evening, 1,231 yen/hour) and ② 22:00-03:00 (deep-night, 1,539 yen/hour). From 4 hours and 1 day per week on a bi-weekly self-submission schedule. Weekend-only schedules are possible. Slot ② (22:00 onward) is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Pay is handed over in cash (現金手渡し tewatashi).

Deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 1,539 yen/hour for slot ② (22:00-03:00). Salary increases (昇給 shoushou) available.
