Job Description:
Work as a sweets shop sales and cafe hall staff member at a colourful Western confectionery brand in Shinsaibashi, central Osaka — placed through Dimple staffing agency, right next to Shinsaibashi Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji and Tsurumiryokuchi Lines. The store handles iced biscuits with decorative icing, character cakes, Osaka's famous roll cakes, and a range of seasonal confectionery. Sales staff assist customers with selections, carefully box their chosen cakes, handle payment, and manage gift wrapping and noshi (ceremonial ribbon) presentation. As you settle in, you also take on cafe hall duties at the adjoining cafe: serving items to tables, clearing and resetting tables, and making simple drinks. Shifts run 09:00-18:00 or 10:30-19:30 (8 hours worked, 1 hour break) on a rotation across the week including weekends and public holidays, from 4 to 5 days per week. A shopping voucher for 10% off at Daimaru Matsuzakaya department stores is provided. Prior customer service or retail sales experience is required; high school graduate or above is the minimum education level. Minimum contract period of 2 months.
Wage:
1,400円 (per hour)
