Job Description:

Work as a parts picking and packing staff member at a factory handling control devices and components in Hachioji, Tokyo, placed through Sogo Career Option staffing agency — 5 minutes walk from Kita-Hachioji Station on the JR Hachiko Line. The facility is equipped with spot coolers for comfort and has a smoking area outside the building. The role involves picking control device components from shelves, packing them for shipment, and handling inbound and outbound goods. Hand forklifts (ハンドフォーク) and trolleys (台車) are used to move goods around the facility — no heavy forklift licence required. Those with prior factory, warehouse, or parts-handling experience are welcomed. Shifts run Monday to Friday, 08:45-16:00, with no overtime. Weekends and public holidays off (company calendar). Daily and weekly pay are available. A 14-day trial period applies. No resume or in-person visit required — WEB registration only.
