Job Description:
Work as a bread production staff member at a popular bakery inside Atre Meguro, the shopping mall directly connected to Meguro Station — placed through Admic staffing agency. The location means commuting is completely weather-proof: step off the train and you are at the workplace. The role covers the full bread-making process: dough preparation and mixing, shaping (成型 seikei), and baking (焼成 shousei). New staff begin with support tasks before progressing to the full production cycle — most are comfortable with the routine within about a month. Prior bread-making experience is required; those with a career gap are also welcome. Two shift options are available: early (06:00-15:00) or late (10:00-19:00), each 8 hours worked with 1 hour break. A 07:00 start or fixed early shift can also be discussed. From 3 days per week on a monthly schedule. Working at least one of Saturday or Sunday is welcomed. Daily and weekly pay are available. No resume required.
