Job Description:
This is a lunch-shift hall staff role at Yakidokoro Masumiya, a stylish yakiniku (焼肉 yakiniku) restaurant in Kani City, Gifu, with modern ventilation equipment that prevents smoke and odour from clinging to hair and clothes. Hall duties include welcoming and seating guests, serving food and drinks, operating the register, clearing tables, and dishwashing. One-on-one training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one, making it comfortable for first-timers and those returning to work after a break. The lunch shift runs 10:30 to 15:00, designed for those who want to drop children at school and be home by the afternoon. A partnered nursery (提携保育園 teikei-hoikuen) is available for parents who need childcare support. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are submitted monthly. Weekend-only schedules are welcome, and days off can be adjusted for family events or children's school activities. Wages are paid directly in cash (手渡し tewatashi). Weekend and public holiday shifts earn 50 yen more per hour than weekday shifts. A 20% staff meal discount applies to all menu items. Staff social gatherings (all-you-can-eat yakiniku) are held four times a year.
