Job Description:
This is a hall, kitchen, and pre-opening cleaning staff role at Yamanozaru Ichibancho, a Japanese-style izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) in the Ichibancho entertainment district of central Sendai, a 2-minute walk from Kotodai-Koen Station. Three roles are available: hall staff handle customer seating, order-taking, food and drink service, and payment; kitchen staff assist with cooking, use the commercial dishwasher, prepare ingredients, and plate dishes; cleaning staff handle pre-opening floor and restroom cleaning (09:00-11:00, with the option to extend across multiple affiliated locations). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available — the previous month's earnings can be drawn at the start of the following month, separate from standard payday (20th of each month). A 30,000 yen joining bonus is available for kitchen staff (company rules apply, paid by株式会社F aix). Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Evening shifts run until 01:00, crossing midnight, so some shifts involve working past midnight and a late-night allowance applies from 22:00. Wage:
