Job Description:
This is a machine operator and packing role at a plastics manufacturing facility in Tome City, Miyagi, handling plastic reels (プラスチック製リール purasuchikku-sei riiru). Tasks include loading raw resin material into machines, removing finished products, and boxing them in set quantities. You will also monitor machine operation, replenish materials, and make basic adjustments to keep the production line running smoothly. The work is not a conveyor-belt flow process — you set your own pace and can work without rushing. Some handling of heavy items is involved, but trolleys and other equipment are provided so no physical strain is required. The shift pattern is 3 days on, 3 days off (3勤3休 san-kin san-kyuu), with 12-hour day shifts (08:20-20:30) and 12-hour night shifts (20:20-08:30) on rotation. Overtime is under 20 hours per month. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so you can receive your pay on the day you work. No resume and no office visit are required — registration is fully online. A 14-day trial period applies.
