Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Taishuu Shokudo Anbee, a lively, casual izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) one minute from the west exit of Tsuchiura Station in Ibaraki, operated by Chimney Co., Ltd. Duties include guiding guests to seats, taking orders via handheld terminal, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, handling payment at the register, and cleaning and closing preparation. You start with simple tasks such as running dishes and clearing tables, with a senior staff member alongside you at all times during training. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are submitted weekly, 10 days before the start of each period. As little as 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is fine, making it easy to combine with classes, club activities, or a second job. A staff meal (まかない makanai) is available for 200 yen per meal. A 10% dining discount at all group restaurants applies, and family and friends may use it when dining with you. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) is available — apply by 3 business days before the end of the week and receive that week's earnings early.
