Job Description:

This is a vegetable sorting and packing role at an agricultural processing facility in Chitose City, Hokkaido, running from late May through to around October (maximum until end of November). Tasks include sorting fresh vegetables, packing them, adding ice to produce in polystyrene boxes, closing lids on boxes coming along the conveyor, and stacking the boxes onto pallets. The work is repetitive and methodical — easy to pick up without prior experience. Three daytime shift options are available: 08:00-17:30, 08:30-18:00, or 09:00-18:30, each with 90 minutes of breaks. Overtime is minimal. The worksite follows a company calendar with 105 rest days per year. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone application — funds can be received within as little as 5 minutes of approval (company rules apply). Weekly payment is also available. New hires relocating for this role receive a 20,000 yen digital gift voucher on their start date. Transportation is reimbursed up to 30,000 yen per month. Free on-site parking and motorcycle parking are available. Hair colour and nail art are permitted. No resume is required.
