Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Suzuka Hirata 2-chome, a 6-minute walk from Hiratamachi Station on the Kintetsu Suzuka Line in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture. Duties include operating the register, product ordering, shelf stocking and display, and cleaning. As you become familiar, you will also take on store layout planning and product arrangement. Training is provided from scratch, and the store prides itself on a friendly, approachable atmosphere. Four shift slots cover the full 24 hours: early morning 05:00-07:00, morning 07:00-08:00, daytime 08:00-22:00, and overnight 22:00-05:00. The overnight slot is restricted to those aged 18 and over under Japanese labour law and pays the late-night premium rate. A salary advance system is available. Car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are all welcome. The store is operated by株式会社サンマウス as a FamilyMart franchise.
