Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sore Yuke! Tori Yaro!, a lively chicken izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) a 3-minute walk from Kintetsu-Yokkaichi Station in Yokkaichi City, Mie, popular with students and active late into the night. New starters begin with dishwashing, then gradually move into customer service, taking orders, handling payment, and assisting with cooking. Training lasts one month at the same pay rate as regular shifts. Two shift zones are available: evening 15:00-22:00 (base 1,250 yen), and late-night 22:00-03:00 (base 1,563 yen). Operating hours extend to 25:00-26:00 on weekdays and weekends respectively, so some shifts run overnight. Staff who work 140 or more hours in a month receive a 50 yen per hour bonus across all shifts. Shifts of 8 hours or more earn 1,875 yen per hour after the 8th hour. Automatic salary increases apply up to 1,350 yen (company rules apply). Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided. Hair colour, nail art, piercings, and beard are all permitted. Uniform is provided with a refundable 2,000 yen deposit deducted from the first month's pay.

Late-night rate (22:00 onwards): 1,563円. After 8 hours in one shift: 1,875円. Monthly 140-hour bonus: +50 yen per hour on all shifts (evening: 1,300円, late-night: 1,600円+). Automatic salary increase to 1,350円 (evening slot; company rules apply).
