Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Koiyoi, an izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) on the 4th floor of a building a 2-minute walk from Keiseichibastation and 5 minutes from JR Chiba Station in central Chiba City. Hall duties include guiding guests to seats, taking orders, serving food, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties start with simple cooking assistance and gradually expand as you get comfortable. Senior staff provide full support during the learning period, so first-timers are very welcome. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are fully self-declared — you submit your preferred days each week. As little as 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is fine, making it easy to combine with studies, another job, or personal commitments. Weekend-only schedules are also welcome. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided with no limit. The late-night slot (22:00-00:00) pays 1.25 times the base rate at 1,493 yen per hour. Applicants must be 18 or over due to passive smoking regulations — minors cannot be accepted. No resume is required for the interview.
