Job Description:
This is a bartender and floor support role at Brand new BAR -WALK-, a karaoke bar (カラオケバー karaoke-bar) a 4-minute walk from Baraki-Nakayama Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line in Ichikawa City, Chiba, operated by a friendly female owner. Main duties are drink preparation (ドリンカー dorinkaa) and glassware care: making alcoholic drinks, washing glasses, polishing them with a towel, and chilling them in the refrigerator. No prior bar experience is needed — everything is taught from scratch. The venue also has karaoke, and while joining in is entirely optional, those who enjoy singing will find it a natural fit. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are self-declared every 1-2 weeks, starting from 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week. Weekend-only and part-time second-job schedules are both welcome. Wages are paid directly in cash (手渡し tewatashi). Daily and weekly payment can also be arranged. A drink-back bonus (ドリンクバック dorinkku-bakku) is paid per drink sold — including up to 20,000 yen for a single champagne bottle. Transportation is fully reimbursed.
