Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role covering multiple Japanese restaurant locations in the Sannomiya area of Kobe, operated by Ganko Co., Ltd.: Ganko Sannomiya Sushi, Nijo Saryo Mint Kobe, and Ganko no Tonkatsu to Curry Sannomiya. Hall staff wear kimono (着物 kimono) — a wraparound-style (セパレート) that is easy to put on even for first-timers — and handle customer seating, order-taking, food and drink service, table clearing, register operation, and cleaning. Kitchen staff begin with plating and dishwashing, then gradually move on to ingredient preparation and simple cooking assistance. No cooking experience is required. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are submitted weekly and start from just 2 hours per shift and 1 day per week, making this well-suited to students, homemakers, or those with another job. The shift window runs from 10:00 to 23:00. Staff meals are available with a 300 yen food subsidy. Transportation is partly reimbursed. All three locations are within 5 minutes walk of JR Sannomiya Station. No resume required.
