Job Description:

This is a factory manufacturing role at a switchboard (配電盤 haidennban) production facility in Nishi-ku, Kobe, accessible from Seishin-Chuo Station on the Kobe Municipal Subway Seishin-Yamate Line. Tasks include sorting finished metal components by type, bending and processing steel sheets using specialist machines, and applying paint coatings to switchboard panels. Operations are fully taught by senior staff, so those without factory or metalworking experience can start from scratch. This role suits those who enjoy hands-on manufacturing (モノづくり monozukuri) and want to develop practical machinery skills. Two shift options are available: a day shift (08:15-17:30) and an overnight shift (21:45-07:00). The overnight shift crosses midnight and attracts the statutory 25% late-night premium from 22:00 to 05:00. Weekends and public holidays are off (company calendar). Overtime of 20 or more hours per month is expected. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available. No resume and no office visit are required — registration is fully online. A 14-day trial period applies. Transportation is reimbursed separately by the worksite.

Wage:

1,550円 (per hour) Overnight shift (21:45-07:00): hours between 22:00-05:00 attract the statutory late-night premium of 25% under Japanese labour law. Overtime (20+ hours per month) paid additionally.
