Job Description:
This is a guest room cleaning and bed-making role at Hotel Route Inn Honjou-eki Minami, a 7-minute walk from Honjou Station on the JR Takasaki Line in Honjou City, Saitama, part of the Route Inn Group which operates around 400 hotels across Japan and overseas. Duties include full room cleaning, bed-making, bathroom and unit bath cleaning, replenishing amenities, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and changing sheets — closely mirroring home cleaning tasks, with professional tips and techniques taught during training. Shifts run 09:30-15:00 on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays only. From 1 day per week. This is ideal for those who want weekend-only work while keeping weekdays free, or those with a primary weekday job. Japanese proficiency of JLPT N3 or above is required. No resume is needed for the initial interview (required on joining). A salary increase of 10 yen per year applies for up to 5 years. A graduation bonus (年数×10,000 yen for those with 90+ working days per year) and a 20,000 yen QUO card staff referral bonus are also available.
