Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen support role at Ramen Unari Hakata Deitos, a 3-time consecutive winner of Ramen Walker Fukuoka & Kyushu Number 1, located inside Hakata Deitos directly connected to Hakata Station — a 1-minute walk from the station. The workflow is simple: guide customers to seats after they purchase a ticket at the vending machine, confirm noodle firmness preference, serve the completed ramen, and see guests off with a smile. After 2-4 weeks, simple cooking assistance such as adding toppings is added. Because orders come via ticket machine, there are no order errors to worry about. A key draw is that the soup is made off-site in a separate facility — no smell transfers to clothes or hair, so you can go straight from your shift to shopping or another job at Hakata Station. Shifts (シフト制 shifuto-sei) are self-declared every 2 weeks, starting from 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week. Weekday-only, weekend-only, and variable week-by-week schedules are all accommodated. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) include the famous ramen and monthly new specials. Transportation is partly reimbursed up to 5,000 yen per month. Hair colour, beard, and style are free. No resume required.
