Job Description:

This is a patisserie staff role at an Instagram-popular cafe and dining venue in Minato-ku, Tokyo, a 3-minute walk from Omotesando Station, operated by a 100-year-old wholesale fruit and vegetable company renowned for sourcing the finest seasonal produce. The venue spans two floors: a casual, light-filled ground-floor cafe and a refined full-service dining room upstairs. Tasks include making desserts, cakes, and baked goods served to customers, assisting with mise en place and plating, and food stock management support. The focus is on seasonal fruits and vegetables, so working here offers genuine depth of ingredient knowledge alongside patisserie technique. Three shift options run from 10:00-19:00, 12:00-21:00, and 13:00-22:00 (each 8 hours actual work, 1 hour break). Dinner-time-only arrangements can be discussed. Weekend shifts including Saturdays and Sundays are required. The schedule runs 3 to 5 days per week. Patisserie experience of 3 years or more is required. Transportation is fully reimbursed up to 20,000 yen per month. The contract is renewable up to a maximum of 3 years.
