Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Kagurazaka Icchoume, a 4-minute walk from Iidabashi Station (JR and Tokyo Metro) in Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, near Tokyo University of Science. Duties include operating the register, customer service, product ordering, shelf stocking and display, and cleaning. Training lasts 10 days at the same rate as regular pay. The store accommodates a wide range of schedules — early morning, daytime, evening, and overnight — making it popular with students, second-job workers, and retirees alike. Two main shift options: daytime 08:00-22:00 (from 2 hours per shift) and overnight 22:00-08:00 (minimum 6 hours per shift, crossing midnight). The overnight slot pays 1,533 yen per hour including the statutory late-night premium from 22:00 to 05:00. Night shifts are for applicants aged 18 and over only.
