Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Teppan-dokoro Kotetsu, a lively teppanyaki (鉄板焼き teppan-yaki) izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) a 2-minute walk from Juso Station on the Hankyu Takarazuka Line in Yodogawa-ku, Osaka. Hall duties include welcoming guests, running food and drinks, and clearing tables. Customer orders are placed via tablet at each table, so order-taking pressure is minimal. Kitchen duties start with simple plating and dishwashing. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) change daily and are popular with those living alone. Two shift slots are available: evening 18:00-22:00 and late-night 22:00-03:00. The late-night slot crosses midnight and pays 1,539 yen per hour. Shifts are submitted every two weeks, starting from 1 day and 4 hours per shift. The store is closed on Sundays — those looking for weekday evening and late-night flexibility will find this a natural fit. Wages are paid directly in cash (手渡し tewatashi). Transportation is fully reimbursed. Shifts can also be picked up at affiliated locations (Dashidokoro Yamadaya, Warayaki-dokoro Shin, Dining Bar Glow) in the Juso area. Late-night shifts from 22:00 onwards are for those aged 18 and over. No resume required.
