Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Uokyosuke Shimbashi Ekimae, a private-room seafood izakaya (完全個室 kanzen-koshitsu) a 1-minute walk from Shimbashi Station on the JR Yamanote Line in Minato-ku, Tokyo, popular for dates, group dinners, and company gatherings. The menu centres on fresh seafood — tuna, firefly squid, and other seasonal fish — alongside selected motsunabe hotpot and carefully chosen sake. Hall duties include guiding guests to rooms, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and clearing tables. Kitchen duties start with mise en place, plating, and dishwashing, building toward full cooking skills over time. Friday shifts pay an additional 50 yen per hour (1,400 yen base). Hours from 22:00 attract the statutory 25% late-night premium. The main shift window runs 17:00-23:00, with longer shifts possible until midnight during weekday operating hours (16:30-24:00). Minimum 4 hours per shift and 1 day per week. Shifts are submitted every 2 weeks. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) are both available — contact the store to arrange. Wage:

1,350円 (per hour) Friday premium: +50 yen per hour (1,400円 on Fridays). Late-night rate (22:00 onwards): statutory 25% premium (approx. 1,688円 / 1,750円 on Fridays). Training rate: same as base. Salary increase available.
