Job Description:

This is an early morning office floor cleaning role at a mixed-use high-rise building in Nishi-Shinjuku, directly connected to Shinjuku Station and a short walk from Tochomae Station on the Toei Oedo Line. Tasks cover only the office floors — not restaurant or retail levels — and include vacuuming, collecting and sorting rubbish, cleaning kitchenettes, toilets, and other wet areas, and wiping and sweeping specialist surfaces. The scope is focused and consistent, making it easy to learn within a week. Overtime is under 5 hours per month. Two shift options: a short early slot 06:00-09:00 (3 hours) or a longer morning slot 06:00-11:00 (5 hours). Both run Monday to Friday with weekends and public holidays off. Choose either option to suit your schedule — the morning finish leaves the rest of the day entirely free. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment are both available. Transportation is reimbursed under company rules. No resume and no office visit are required — registration is fully online.
