Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Wa Dining Yumesaki Komachi, a stylish Japanese-style hidden izakaya (隠れ家 kakurega) in a basement space in Dojima, Kita-ku, Osaka, a 2-minute walk from Kitashinchi Station on the JR Tozai Line and 5 minutes from Nishi-Umeda Station on the Osaka Metro Yotsubashi Line. The interior was designed by a studio known for work on famous theme park attractions, featuring a clean Japanese aesthetic that is popular for social media photos. The chef has 20 years of professional experience. Hall duties include guiding guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, clearing tables, and register operation. Kitchen duties start with making drinks, plating, and warming dishes, progressing to cooking as you gain experience. You can choose hall only, kitchen only, or both. Two shift slots are available: dinner 17:00-23:00 and a short lunch slot 10:30-14:00 (lower base rate at 1,250 yen). The restaurant is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays — making this ideal for those who want weekday evening work. Minimum 2 hours per shift and 2 days per week. Shifts are self-declared every 1-2 weeks. A curfew finish at 22:00 is accommodated. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) available. Free staff meals — eat as much as you like, including on short shifts. High school students are not eligible. No resume required.

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Dinner slot (①17:00-23:00): 1,300円. Lunch slot (②10:30-14:00): 1,250円. Salary increase available.
