Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Seven-Eleven Koenji Rikkyominami, a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Koenji Station on the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line in Suginami-ku, Tokyo, located directly at an intersection. Duties include operating the register, customer service, stocking and displaying products, shelf replenishment, cleaning, product ordering, and handling public utility payments, ticket issuance, and internet purchase handovers. Training lasts 7 days at the same pay rate as regular shifts. Seven shift slots cover the full 24 hours: early morning 06:00-10:00, morning 09:00-13:00, afternoon 14:00-18:00, evening 17:00-22:00, full day 09:00-17:00 and 13:00-22:00, and an overnight slot 22:00-06:00 (1,600 yen with statutory late-night premium 22:00-05:00). All slots except overnight are available to high school students. Minimum 3 days per week across all slots. Weekday-only and weekend-only schedules are both welcome. Transportation is partly reimbursed. Salary increase system in place. Staff benefits include the Club Off discount membership programme.

Wage:

1,280円 (per hour) Overnight slot (22:00-05:00): 1,600円 (statutory 25% late-night premium). Training rate (all slots, 7 days): 1,280円 (same rate). Salary increase available.
