Job Description:

Work as hall or kitchen staff at Tonkatsu Shinjuku Saboten, a tonkatsu restaurant chain with over 550 locations across Japan. The Oyama Station branch is located inside VAL Oyama shopping complex, just 1 minute from the station. Hall staff greet customers, take orders, and serve dishes with a friendly smile. Kitchen staff follow original recipes to prepare the restaurant's signature tonkatsu dishes - no prior cooking experience needed (調理経験ちょうりけいけん is not required). Shifts run on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) and can be arranged around your schedule, including school runs and family commitments. Training (研修 kenshuu) lasts 1 to 3 months at the same hourly rate - no pay cut during training. Uniform (制服 seifuku) is provided, and bicycle commuting is allowed. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available. Full transport allowance (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu).
