Job Description:
Work as kitchen support staff at a Japanese seafood restaurant inside New Chitose Airport, directly connected to New Chitose Airport Station. Duties involve simple food preparation including ingredient prep and cutting, basic cooking tasks such as frying, grilling, and plating, plus washing utensils and cleaning up after service. No prior kitchen or service experience is needed - full training (研修 kenshuu) is provided and the team welcomes complete beginners. Shifts run on a rotating shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) with five different time slots between 08:30 and 21:00 - your preferred hours can be discussed at interview. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided during shifts. Advance payment (前払い maebarai) of wages is available under the company's rules, useful if you need pay before your regular payday. Airport facilities are available for use by staff, and the location is directly accessible by train with no walking required. This is a long-term派遣 (dispatch/haken) position with a minimum commitment of 3 months; 4 to 5 days per week is preferred.
