Job Description:
Work as hall or kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen, a popular udon restaurant chain, inside AEON Mall Sendai Josugi on the 4th floor. Duties cover the full range of counter and kitchen tasks: taking udon orders, boiling and plating noodles, preparing tempura and rice dishes, washing dishes using a dishwasher, and keeping the dining floor and kitchen clean. Tasks are divided clearly among the team so each role stays simple and manageable - you start with what suits your strengths and gradually take on more. Detailed step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) is provided for every task, making this a confident choice for first-time workers and those returning after a career gap. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at just 120 yen for up to 800 yen worth of food per meal. A family dining benefit provides up to 10,000 yen per month in free meals for employees with children aged 15 or under - children can eat at the restaurant while you work. Wages are calculated to the minute. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required; weekday-only availability (no weekends) is also accepted.
