Job Description:
Work as hall staff at Hanamaru, a seafood izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) chain located directly under the JR Ryomo Line elevated tracks, just 1 minute from Maebashi Station. Duties include welcoming guests, guiding them to their seats, taking orders using a handheld terminal, serving food and drinks, clearing and resetting tables, handling cashier (レジ reji) duties, and closing-time cleaning. Tasks start simple - carrying dishes and clearing tables - and grow as you gain confidence, with a senior staff member alongside you from day one. Shifts run between 09:00 and 02:00 overnight; you choose any 3-hour block or more within that window, from just 1 day per week. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available for just 200 yen per meal, and a 10% dining discount applies at all group restaurants including for family and friends when you are present. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly advance pay (前払い maebarai) are both available - apply 3 business days in advance to receive that week's earnings early. Late-night shifts (22:00-02:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.

Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) of 10 to 30 yen available monthly based on a 5-tier skill evaluation sheet. Training period: 40 hours at same rate. Late-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00.
