Job Description:

Join a newly renovated FamilyMart (ファミリーマート) branch in central Matsumoto City, just 3 minutes walk from Matsumoto Station, which reopens on 1 October after a full store renewal. Duties cover all standard convenience store tasks: cashier operation (レジ reji), product restocking, shelf arrangement, and store cleaning - the work is shared as a team so there is always someone to ask if you are unsure. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from basics, and if you join before 1 October you will train at a nearby store in the meantime. Two shift blocks are available: a daytime slot (05:00-22:00) at 1,117 yen and a late-night slot (22:00-05:00) at 1,397 yen; the training rate matches the working rate for both slots. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). Long-term commitment is preferred, especially for the late-night slot. Bicycle and motorbike commuting are allowed, and any hair colour or style is permitted.
