Job Description:

Work as a light warehouse packing staff member at an export parts facility in Toyota City, Aichi, just 5 minutes walk from Mikawa-Kamigo Station on the Aichi Loop Railway. The job involves packaging and boxing parts destined for overseas shipment - products range from small 5-gram screws to 10-kilogram components. Each worker has their own dedicated workstation with all parts, boxes, packaging materials, and tools already laid out - you simply follow the instruction sheet and pack at your own station without needing to walk around collecting materials. This makes the work methodical and low-strain, well suited to those who like to focus quietly on a single task. Hours are fixed at 08:25 to 17:30 with two rest breaks (total 65 minutes), and overtime averages around 10 hours per month only. All Saturdays and Sundays are off, plus major holiday seasons (year-end/New Year, Golden Week, Obon) - over 120 holiday days per year in total. A staff canteen and shop are available in the factory building for lunch. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) and weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) are both available. Applicants must have valid residence status in Japan and Japanese language ability of JLPT N4 or above for basic workplace reading and communication. This is a long-term dispatch (派遣 haken) position with a minimum of 3 months.

Wage:
