Work as a hotel room cleaning and bed making staff member at Plaza Hotel Toyota in Toyota City, Aichi, 7 minutes walk from Mikawa-Toyota Station. Duties cover guest room cleaning including bed making (ベッドメイク beddo-meiku), replenishing consumables and room amenities, and cleaning shared areas including the lobby, lounge, common spaces, and outdoor areas. Most staff start with no prior hotel cleaning experience - senior staff provide thorough on-the-job support, and the team has a high retention rate with many long-serving members to learn from. The shift runs from 09:15 to 13:30, with some flexibility depending on hotel occupancy levels on any given day. Weekends and public holidays attract an additional 50 yen per hour bonus on top of the base rate. A 40-hour training (研修 kenshuu) period applies at 1,140 yen per hour, with the rate adjusting based on skill progress.
