Job Description:

Work as hall service staff at an authentic Italian restaurant inside Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay in Urayasu City, Chiba, 7 minutes walk from Shin-Urayasu Station. The restaurant features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking a lush courtyard, a signature antipasto buffet, and stone-oven pizza - a refined, resort-like setting that attracts guests celebrating special occasions. Duties include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, explaining dishes and drinks including wine and alcohol, serving food and drinks (including course meal service), clearing and resetting tables, cashier operation, and opening and closing preparation. Prior hotel restaurant or high-end restaurant hall service experience is required - this role suits someone who wants to develop polished hospitality skills in a luxury setting. Two shift patterns alternate on a rotation: an early shift (11:30-20:30) and a late shift (13:30-22:30), each with 8 hours actual work and a 1-hour break. The schedule is 5 days per week including Saturdays and Sundays; time-shortened shifts are not available for this position. Full transportation allowance is paid (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu). Late-night work from 22:00 is for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).
