Job Description:

Work as a hospital cleaning staff member in Himeji City, Hyogo, accessible from Agaho Station (6 minutes walk) with car commuting also available. Duties include sweeping and mopping floors in patient rooms and corridors, cleaning bathrooms and toilets, and collecting waste for disposal - no contact with medical waste or hazardous materials is involved. All work is indoors in a fully air-conditioned hospital environment, and masks are worn throughout. Two short morning shift options are available: 07:00-11:00 or 07:30-11:30 (4 hours, no break); time-shortened hours can be discussed if needed. No overtime - this is a clean, predictable early-morning schedule that leaves the rest of the day free. Days off follow a shift rotation with 120 holiday days per year including GW, summer, and year-end/New Year breaks; initially Sundays and public holidays are off while you settle in.
