Job Description:

Join as an opening staff member at a brand-new FamilyMart (ファミリーマート) branch in Hachioji City, opening in early October 2026, located in front of Soto-no-Mori Park, 10 minutes walk from JR Hachioji Station South Exit and 8 minutes from Keio Katakura Station. A pre-opening training (研修 kenshuu) period is provided so you can practise register operation, customer service, and floor duties before the store opens - ideal for first-time workers or those returning after a break. Duties include cashier work (レジ reji), utility bill and parcel handling, product ordering and inventory management, restocking and display building, and keeping the store clean inside and out. As you gain experience, you may also take on supporting other part-time staff and light store management responsibilities. Only one shift slot is currently listed: 17:00 to 22:00 (evenings), from just 1 day per week and 3 hours per shift; days and hours are negotiable. Full transportation allowance is paid (交通費全額支給 koutsuuhi zengaku shikyuu). Hair colour and style are free at this store. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted. Late-night shifts from 22:00 are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law).

Wage:

1,300円 (per hour) Training rate (3-month trial period): same 1,300円. Salary increase (昇給 shoukyuu) available. Full transportation allowance paid.
